Penn Hills Rotary will participate in the annual Memorial Day Parade sponsored by Penn Hills Parks & Recreation. The parade is on Monday, May 30th and begins at 11am. The parade starts at St. Bartholomew’s Church on Frankstown Road and ends at the Penn Hills Government Center on Duff Road.
