While our club’s focus is intimately local, our reach is global. We recently partnered with The Rotary Club of Ambergris Caye in Belize to help upgrade bathrooms in the New Horizon primary school in San Pedro. A job well done by our fellow Rotarians in Ambergis Caye!

Rotary partnered with Penn Hills #4 VFD on a fundraiser in February. The proceeds from the event were used to help purchase a new A.E.D. for the department’s rental facility.

It is with deep sadness that we share the loss of our friend, neighbor, and fellow Rotarian, James “Jim Getsy”. Jim was a long time member and avid supporter of Penn Hills Rotary.

Valentine Bingo drew a record crowd this year! Proceeds from the event will be used to support the purchase of a new AED for Penn Hills #4 VFD.

Rotary has partnered with the PHHS cheerleaders for the past year years. They absolutely deserve the title of this statewide award!

During a visit from the District Governor and Assistant District Governor, our club inducted four new members.

Our second homemade spaghetti and meatball dinner of the year benefitted the PHSD scholarship fund.

Our halloween-themed bingo helped out the PH cheerleaders and also benefited Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley.

Rotary was proud to host NNO 2023 at Penn Hills Elementary. This fun, yearly event is free to the community and connects children with first responders.

The spelling bee is part of the club’s third grade dictionary program. To date, Rotary has donated over 4,000 dictionaries to children in Penn Hills.
