Valentine Bingo 2022
In February 2022, Rotary hosted our second Bingo event, this time with a Valentine’s Day theme. We collected a lot of food for the Rosedale Food Pantry, and donated a portion of our proceeds to the Rosedale Civic Association’s Rosedale Park Restoration project at Penn Hills #2 fire station. Another great community event!

Slice of Thanks 2021
Throughout December, Penn Hills Rotary delivered pizza and drinks to our first responders as part of our Slice of Thanks program. We were able to deliver dinner to Penn Hills Fire Department stations 1-7, Penn Hills Police, Penn Hills EMS, and the Penn Hills Department of Public Works. We appreciate everything our first responders do for the community!

Ugly Sweater Bingo 2021
In early December 2021, Rotary hosted our first ever Bingo event! The theme was “Ugly Sweater Bingo.” We served food, drinks, and had a lot of fun connecting with community members while playing Bingo. We had a prize for the ‘ugliest sweater.’ Thanks to all who came out and made the event a success!

Rotary Oktoberfest 2021
On Saturday, October 9, 2021, Penn Hills Rotary celebrated our annual Oktoberfest event at Green Oaks Country Club, located in the heart of the Rosedale neighborhood of Penn Hills. Authentic German food from Max’s Allegheny Tavern was accompanied by live music from Up the River Band, German beer, and a great time!

New Member Induction
Penn Hills Rotary recently welcomed our newest member, Samantha Tomasino. She was inducted at a join meeting of the Penn Hills and Murrysville/Export Rotary clubs during a District 7305 meeting located at the Lamplighter in Delmont. Welcome, Samantha!

Penn Hills Rotary Car Cruise & Food Truck Roundup
On Saturday, September 11, 2021, Penn Hills Rotary hosted is first annual Car Cruise and Food Truck Roundup. The event was a huge success! Over 120 classic vehicles were on display at Penn Hills Community Park. Food from Totopo, M&M Royal Touch, and Cafe 222 food trucks was sold along with local beer from Acclamation Brewery. Thanks to all that came out and we hope to see you again next summer!
